Basketball Game Preview: Caroline Cavaliers vs. Patrick Henry Patriots

The Caroline Cavaliers will venture away from home to square off against the Patrick Henry Patriots at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Patrick Henry took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Caroline, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Caroline turned things around against Spotsylvania on Thursday. They took down the Knights 42-24.

Meanwhile, Patrick Henry was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 46-41 to Atlee. The Patriots haven't had much luck with the Raiders recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Caroline's win bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Patrick Henry, their loss dropped their record down to 3-13.

Caroline ended up a good deal behind Patrick Henry in their previous meeting back in December of 2019, losing 47-28. Can Caroline avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
