Football Game Preview: Houlton/Hodgdon/Greater Houlton Christian Academy vs. Stearns/Schenck

On Friday Houlton/Hodgdon/Greater Houlton Christian Academy take on Stearns/Schenck at 7:00 PM. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.

Things haven't been easy for Houlton/Hodgdon/Greater Houlton Christian Academy, and their match last Friday only extended their streak of losses to six. They took a serious blow against Mattanawcook last Friday, falling 0-62.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 6-52, which was the final score in Stearns/Schenck's tilt against Foxcroft.

With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
