Football Recap: Graham Starts Season with Loss at Home + How To Watch

Graham unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a 30-26 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chatham Central Bears on Friday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Chatham Central's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brooks Albright, who threw for 218 yards and three TDs, and also rushed for 103 yards on only nine carries. A healthy portion of Albright's aerial production (93 yards to be exact) went to Nicholas Glover, who also brought in two receiving touchdowns.

Coming up, Graham will square off against Cedar Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Chatham Central, they will challenge Jordan-Matthews at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
