Baseball Recap: Apple Valley Takes a Loss

Apple Valley managed to slip by Farmington the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Eagles lost 16-0 to the Tigers on Tuesday. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Apple Valley dropped their record down to 1-6 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Farmington, their victory bumped their record up to 8-3.

Apple Valley wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against Shakopee on the 30th. As for Farmington, they have also already played their next game, a 6-5 defeat against Lakeville North on the 30th.
