Football Recap: St. Peter's Prep Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

St. Peter's Prep dropped to 7-2 on Friday, ending the team's four-game streak of wins on the road. They came up short against the Don Bosco Prep Ironmen, falling 31-6. The matchup marked the Marauders' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

As for Don Bosco Prep, the win keeps them at an undefeated 9-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 9.1 points on average this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Don Bosco Prep to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ca'si Thomas, who rushed for 64 yards and a pair of touchdowns. That's the most rushing yards Thomas has posted since back in August. Carson Schoen was another key signal caller, throwing for 156 yards and one TD while completing 90% of his passes.
