Baseball Recap: Florence Falcons vs. James Clemens Jets
Florence was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost an 11-10 heartbreaker at the hands of the James Clemens Jets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Jets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-1 on Friday.
Noah Yeager was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. Those stolen bases were his first of the season. Florence now has a losing record of 14-15. As for James Clemens, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 20-9.
