Jack Lloyd turned in nothing short of a gem on Friday, striking out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits (and not a single walk). As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fourth in a row with five or more strikeouts. On the season, he has an ERA of 2.06 over 34 innings pitched.
