Football Recap: Greyhills Academy Comes Up Short

Greyhills Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Red Mesa Redskins 54-0. The Knights lost against the Redskins in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 24-12 score last time.

Greyhills Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Red Mesa, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Greyhills Academy will take on Alchesay at 4:00 p.m. on the 13th. As for Red Mesa, they will square off against Arete Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
