Softball Recap: Reading Memorial Continues Road Dominance on Wednesday

Reading Memorial came out on top against Winchester on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive seven-run first inning. The Rockets blew past the Red & Black 12-5. The Rockets haven't had any issues with the Red & Black recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Reading Memorial's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-0. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for Winchester, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.
