Soccer Game Preview: St. Paul's Episcopal vs. St. Luke's Episcopal

The St. Paul's Episcopal Saints will face off against the St. Luke's Episcopal Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

St. Paul's Episcopal's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They came out on top against Baldwin County by a score of 2-0. The Saints haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, St. Luke's Episcopal made easy work of Faith Academy last Thursday and carried off a 4-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won three games by three goals or more so far this season.

St. Luke's Episcopal has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 27 goals over those five matches. St. Paul's Episcopal's victory bumped their record up to 5-3-1.
