Drummond came tearing into Friday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Pioneer-Pleasant Vale Mustangs 10-2. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by six runs or more this season.

Drummond's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Pioneer-Pleasant Vale, with the defeat, they broke their 13-game winning streak and moved their record to 15-5.

Coming up, Drummond will head out on the road to square off against Leedey at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Pioneer-Pleasant Vale, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, an 8-2 win against Waukomis on the 3rd.
