Game recap: Valor Christian High School Football Team defeats Fountain-Fort Carson

FOUNTAIN, Colo. - Valor Christian (Highlands Ranch, Colo.) kept up a steady attack all game long to defeat Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, Colo.), 40-0, on Saturday.

After taking the lead on a touchdown run by Christian McCaffrey in the first quarter, the Eagles led 27-0 at the half.

Valor Christian grew its lead to 40 points entering the fourth quarter. VC scored two times in the third, including once on a touchdown run by A.J. Cecil.

The loss comes after Fountain-Fort Carson defeated Palmer 25-0 last week. The loss snapped Fountain-Fort Carson's two-game winning streak. The win brought Valor Christian's winning streak to three games.
