Volleyball Recap: Union City Comes Up Short

Union City was the 3-0 winner over Seneca when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Bears took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bobcats on Thursday.

Union City has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-3 record this season. As for Seneca, their victory ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 5-10-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Union City is set to square off against their familiar foe Fairview at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Seneca will face off against rival Iroquois at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
