Volleyball Recap: Saugatuck Comes Up Short

Saugatuck was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Gobles Tigers, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in September.

Saugatuck's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13-2. As for Gobles, their victory ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 3-15-2.

Coming up, Saugatuck will venture away from home to square off against Kellogg at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gobles, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Martin on the 2nd.
