Softball Recap: Pullman Comes Up Short

After flying high against North Central last Thursday, Pullman came back down to earth. Pullman lost 13-3 to the Clarkston Bantams on Saturday. The Greyhounds have struggled against the Bantams recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

Logan Greene made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was Juliana Stewart, who scored a run while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.

Pullman's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Clarkston, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

While Pullman had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
