Volleyball Recap: Aberdeen Central Extends Winning Streak to Two

If Rapid City Central wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Aberdeen Central, they should've done a better job of containing Taylin Kleffman. The Golden Eagles skirted past the Cobblers 3-2 for which the team can thank Kleffman, who had 33 digs and six assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 22 or more in each of the last three games she's played dating back to last season.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Aberdeen Central who won the one that mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 19-25, 25-23, 22-25, 15-10.

Aberdeen Central has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Aberdeen Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against Stevens on the 30th. As for Rapid City Central, they have also already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against Pierre T.F. Riggs on the 30th.
