Bethlehem Central extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Tess Bartholomew. Everything went the Eagles' way against the Schenectady Patriots on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory with plenty of help from Bartholomew, who had 19 digs and four assists. Bartholomew is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 19 every time she's taken the court this season.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Bethlehem Central took every set by at least 16 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-9, 25-6.

Bethlehem Central's win bumped their record up to 7-0-2. As for Schenectady, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Bethlehem Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Albany on the 18th. As for Schenectady, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Saratoga Springs on the 18th.
