Volleyball Recap: Faith Lutheran Snags Fourth Win in Last Five Games

Faith Lutheran's tournament run continued when they took on El Capitan on Saturday. The Crusaders came out on top against the Gauchos by a score of 2-0.

Abby Bunyan paced Faith Lutheran's offense, picking up eight kills. Bunyan got some help from K Sawyer and her ten assists. Tori Castro controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Faith Lutheran is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-14 record this season. As for El Capitan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-10.

Faith Lutheran didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Prairie on the 11th. As for El Capitan, they will head out on the road to square off against Atwater at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
