Tree of Life Christian came out on top in a nail-biter against Grandview Heights on Tuesday and snuck past 33-30. Despite the victory, that was the fewest points Tree of Life Christian has scored all year.

Tree of Life Christian had a senior duo take command as Ronald Amoah scored 14 points along with seven rebounds and four steals and Mason Sanders scored eight points along with ten rebounds and three blocks. The contest was Amoah's fifth in a row with at least ten points.

Tree of Life Christian's victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-2. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 24 points. As for Grandview Heights, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.

Tree of Life Christian will stay at home for another game and welcome Granville Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on January 12th. Granville Christian Academy is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak. Grandview Heights will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Columbus Academy at 7:30 p.m. on January 12th. Columbus Academy presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Grandview Heights in Ohio (Columbus Academy is ranked 75th, while Grandview Heights is ranked 654th).
