Basketball Recap: Ahoskie Christian Snaps Five-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Ahoskie Christian secured a 37-31 W over the Heritage Christian Academy Patriots on Tuesday thanks in part to White, who went 8 of 19 on her way to 21 points and six steals. The game was her third in a row with at least ten points.

Despite the loss, Heritage Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Cheyenne Anderson, who posted 18 points. Anderson is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in the last seven games she's played. Tabitha Greene was another key player, putting up nine points.

Ahoskie Christian's win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-11. As for Heritage Christian Academy, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-10.
