Basketball Recap: Edison Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Edison can now relate to. They took a hard 62-45 fall against the Clear Fork Colts on Wednesday. The Chargers just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Edison's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Clear Fork, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 18 games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season.

Edison does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Clear Fork, they will head out to challenge Willard at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Willard has won three straight at home, while Clear Fork won seven straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
