Basketball Recap: Swartz Creek Takes a Loss

Swartz Creek has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a 69-61 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lake Fenton Blue Devils on Thursday. The Dragons were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Blue Devils earlier this season, when they won 60-51.

Swartz Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Lake Fenton, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.

Swartz Creek will challenge Holly at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lake Fenton, they will take on Williamston in a tournament on Monday.
