Soccer Recap: Peachtree Ridge Comes Up Short

Peachtree Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Berkmar Patriots, falling 6-1. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Patriots apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Peachtree Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Berkmar, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Peachtree Ridge will face off against Brookwood at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Brookwood will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Peachtree Ridge surely won't give up without a fight. As for Berkmar, they will challenge Meadowcreek at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
