Baseball Recap: Decatur Takes a Loss

Decatur fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Brandywine on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 5-4.

Decatur dropped their record down to 1-3 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Brandywine, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Decatur will square off against Centreville at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Brandywine, they will host Three Rivers at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday.
