Basketball Recap: Claude Triumphs

Claude won the last time they faced Follett and things went their way on Thursday too. The Mustangs walked away with a 36-25 win over the Panthers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

Despite the defeat, Follett saw an underclassman step up: freshman Charlee Copeland posted six points. Those points were Copeland's first of the season.

Claude now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Follett, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Claude wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 45-41 victory against Miami on the 6th. As for Follett, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 35-24 defeat against Shamrock on the 5th.
