Softball Recap: Livermore Beats Granada for Their Third Straight Win

Granada typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Livermore proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with a 4-1 victory over the Matadors. The win was familiar territory for the Cowboys, who have now won three contests in a row.

Kaci Norton spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on four hits and racked up eight Ks.

On the hitting side, Gianna Willes was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run. Sydney Aguilar also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Livermore's record now sits at 16-8. As for Granada, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-10.

As of now, neither Livermore nor the Matadors have any future games scheduled.
