Softball Game Preview: Columbus East Olympians vs. Indian Creek Braves

The Columbus East Olympians will challenge the Indian Creek Braves at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Indian Creek took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Columbus East, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Columbus East turned things around against Jeffersonville on Monday. They blew past the Red Devils 11-4.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Indian Creek's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 6-3 to Whiteland.

Indian Creek saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kristen Soots, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run.

Columbus East's victory bumped their record up to 7-14. As for Indian Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-4.
