Baseball Game Preview: Windsor Owls vs. DeSoto Dragons

For the second straight game, Windsor will face off against DeSoto. The Owls will challenge the Dragons at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Windsor has given up an average of 6.5 runs per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Windsor's last matchup with DeSoto could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Thursday. The Owls lost 15-6 to the Dragons. The defeat continues a trend for the Owls in their meetings with the Dragons: they've now lost three in a row.

Owen Haegele made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with two runs. He has become a key player for Windsor: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 5-13 otherwise.
