On Saturday, Silverado took their match on the road with ease, bagging a 60-9 victory over Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 37-6.
Timia Thomas had an outrageously good game as she dropped a triple-double on 18 points, 10 rebounds, and 12 steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Silverado's points. Aerial Canilas was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with 5 rebounds and 5 steals.
Silverado's win bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
