Soccer Game Preview: Midd-West vs. Williamsport

The Midd-West Mustangs will square off against the Williamsport Millionaires at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Midd-West will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Williamsport better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if Midd-West's game on Monday is any indication, that's when Midd-West really gets things going. The Mustangs never let Jersey Shore get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. Considering Midd-West have won six matchups by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Williamsport was a bit more limited in their contest on Monday. They fell just short of Danville by a score of 1-0.

Williamsport's loss dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for Midd-West, their win bumped their record up to 11-1-1.

Midd-West came out on top in a nail-biter against Williamsport in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, sneaking past 1-0. Do the Mustangs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Millionaires turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
