Basketball Recap: Howe Comes Up Short

Howe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They were dealt a 67-19 defeat at the hands of the Pottsboro Cardinals. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cardinals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-26 back in December of 2025.

Howe's loss dropped their record down to 4-20. As for Pottsboro, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-14.

Howe has already played their next contest (against Gunter), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Pottsboro, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 64-28 victory against S & S Consolidated on the 2nd.
