Seacrest Country Day is headed into the matchup having just posted their biggest victory since November 19th on Friday. They put the hurt on Seven Rivers Christian with a sharp 53-29 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Stingrays.

Meanwhile, Sarasota Christian had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They blew past the Panthers 59-28. The Blazers pushed the score to 43-18 by the end of the third, a deficit the Panthers had little chance of recovering from.

Sarasota Christian pushed their record up to 8-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.7 points per game. As for Seacrest Country Day, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.
