Baseball Recap: Hope Takes a Loss

Hope was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 15-4 to the Arkadelphia Badgers. If the Bobcats were looking for revenge after losing 20-0 to the Badgers when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Jaiden Brown was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing Two bases. while going 2-for-3. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.

Hope's record now sits at 0-8. As for Arkadelphia, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hope will challenge Harmony Grove at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Arkadelphia, they will take on Malvern at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
