Southlands Christian strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 47-0 win over the Legacy College Prep Lions. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by 36 points or more this season.

Wyatt Kobal continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 113 yards and five TDs on perfect 5-for-5 passing. Joshua Valdivia was in the mix too, providing Southlands Christian with two scores.

Southlands Christian didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Andrew Runyan and Sebastian Avila. Runyan got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Southlands Christian's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Legacy College Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Coincidentally, Southlands Christian and Legacy College Prep will both be playing Calvary Chapel the next time they take the field. The Eagles will host the Grizzlies at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th, while the Lions will host them at 7:00 p.m. on the 30th.
