Recap: Melbourne vs. Cocoa Beach
Melbourne won against Cocoa Beach last Friday with two goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Thursday. Melbourne won by a goal and slipped past Cocoa Beach 2-1. The win made it back-to-back wins for Melbourne.
They were led to victory by the tag-team duo of
Parker Rathjen and
Ethan Gobee, who scored.
Melbourne has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4-2 record this season. As for Cocoa Beach, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-4-1.
Melbourne does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Cocoa Beach also has no future games currently scheduled.
