Captain Shreve is 10-0 against Airline since November of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Captain Shreve Gators will challenge the Airline Vikings at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Captain Shreve has four straight wins, Airline has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Captain Shreve's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They blew past Benton 3-0. Give the Gators' defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Meanwhile, Airline lost 5-1 to Loyola College Prep on Thursday.

Captain Shreve has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 35 goals over those nine contests. As for Airline, their loss dropped their record down to 9-4-3.

Everything went Captain Shreve's way against Airline when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as Captain Shreve made off with a 7-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Captain Shreve since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
