Basketball Recap: Altamont Takes a Loss

Altamont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They took a 52-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Manila Mustangs. The matchup was a 17-17 toss-up at halftime, but the Longhorns couldn't quite close it out.

Altamont's defeat dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Manila, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-12.

Altamont does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Manila, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 56-50 loss against Tabiona on the 14th.
