Logan Johnson Game Report: @ Ramona

While Westview might've come up empty on Wednesday, Logan Johnson wasn't going down without a fight. Johnson wasn't messing around, striking out eight batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and five unearned) runs off two hits. The pitching appearance was his fifth straight with one or fewer earned runs.

Even though Johnson couldn't lead Westview over Ramona, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Johnson's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Wolverines' five-game streak of wins on the road.
