Basketball Recap: Manchester Skates Past Fairless with Ease

Manchester won the last time they faced Fairless and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Manchester Panthers blew past the Fairless Falcons, posting a 71-35 victory. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 288th, while the Falcons are ranked 753rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Manchester has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. As for Fairless, their loss was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-13.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Manchester Panthers take on the Canton South Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fairless, they will square off against Tuslaw at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
