Basketball Recap: Tandem Friends Takes a Loss

After flying high against Wakefield Country Day last Wednesday, Tandem Friends came back down to earth. The Tandem Friends Badgers were beaten by the St. Michael the Archangel Warriors 105-21 on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Badgers in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now lost three in a row.

Tandem Friends' loss came despite strong showings from Zaquis Timberlake and Amir Gregory. Timberlake posted eight points, while Gregory had five points.

Tandem Friends now has a losing record at 1-2. As for St. Michael the Archangel, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Tandem Friends didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 87-54 loss against Stuart Hall on the 13th. As for St. Michael the Archangel, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against King Abdullah Academy at 6:30 p.m. on December 20th.
