Volleyball Recap: North Nodaway Takes a Loss + How To Watch

North Nodaway lost against West Nodaway back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mustangs lost 3-0 to the Rockets.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-8, 25-8.

Annalee Livengood was nothing short of spectacular for West Nodaway: she had 17 digs and seven aces. What's more, Livengood posted four kills, the most she's had over her last six matches. Emalee Wynn was another key player, getting ten digs and six kills.

North Nodaway has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for West Nodaway, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. North Nodaway will square off against rival East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax] at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, West Nodaway is set to take on their familiar foe South Holt at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
