Volleyball Recap: Prairie View Comes Up Short

Prairie View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Butler Bears, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Buffalos have suffered since September 18th.

Prairie View's loss dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Butler, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests. That somehow still isn't as good as their 16-1-1 record this season.

Prairie View will face off against Wellsville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Butler, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Lutheran at 9:00 a.m.
