Foothill saw some tournament action on Friday. They claimed a resounding 81-50 victory over the Rancho San Juan Trailblazers. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 25 points or more this season.

Foothill got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Zane Miceli out in front who went 5 of 9 on his way to 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Wyatt Forward, who went 5 for 9 on his way to 13 points.

Foothill's record now sits at 7-4. As for Rancho San Juan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Foothill won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Castro Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Foothill is facing Castro Valley at the right time seeing as Castro Valley is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Rancho San Juan, they will take on North Salinas in a tournament on Thursday.
