Soccer Recap: Phoebus Has No Trouble Against Warwick

Phoebus hadn't done well against Warwick recently (they were 0-8 in their previous eight matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Phantoms blew past the Raiders 5-1. Phoebus might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by three goals or more this season.

Kali Livingston and Maia Coopere-Wasson scored all five of Phoebus' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 43 goals.

With the victory, Phoebus broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-7-1. As for Warwick, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-8-1.

Coming up, Phoebus is taking a road trip to take on York at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Warwick does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
