It was a good run, but Yonkers unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Saturday. They took an 8-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sleepy Hollow Horsemen. The game marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Yonkers' loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 6-2. As for Sleepy Hollow, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season.

While Yonkers had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
