Football Recap: Clarksville Starts Season with Victory at Home

Clarksville gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They managed a 41-36 win over the Pike Central Chargers. For the Generals, this counts as revenge for the 35-0 victory the Chargers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2024.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clarksville will host Eastern at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will give the Generals their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Pike Central, they will square off against Princeton at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
