Aberdeen waltzed into their contest on Thursday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 1-0 W against the Shelton Highclimbers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-2 on April 1st.

Aberdeen's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-2. As for Shelton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7-1 record this season.
