Wahoo extended their home winning streak to 12 games thanks to a huge performance from Dylan Simons. The Wahoo Warriors took their contest on Saturday with ease, bagging a 79-41 win over the Beatrice Orangemen thanks in part to Simons, who went 9 for 10 en route to 20 points along with six boards and four steals. His afternoon made it eight games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Kaden Christen, who posted 11 points. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 46.7% field goal percentage.

Wahoo's victory bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Beatrice, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-15.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wahoo will head out to square off against Wayne at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Wayne will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Wahoo surely won't give up without a fight. As for Beatrice, they will head out on the road to face off against Lincoln Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
