Volleyball Recap: Gunnison Valley Comes Up Short

Gunnison Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Duchesne Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat last Thursday.

Gunnison Valley's loss dropped their record down to 3-19. As for Duchesne, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-8.

Gunnison Valley has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Escalante on the 17th. As for Duchesne, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Monticello on the 17th.
