Softball Recap: Bonneville Lakers vs. Ogden Tigers

Bonneville can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent match on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Ogden Tigers as the Bonneville Lakers made off with a 16-1 victory. The win was familiar territory for Bonneville who now have three in a row.

Kaylee McAfee and Mylee Pedersen did most of the damage at the plate: McAfee went 4-for-4 with two triples, three runs, and two RBI, while Pedersen went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. McAfee hasn't dropped below four hits for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Ellee Summers, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4.

Bonneville's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Ogden, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.
